Here is a burger more original! A steak chopped between two potato rösti ... and here is a great meal. From 2 years old.


  • 1 small chopped steak
  • 1 firm-fleshed potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. tablespoons corn kernels
  • 1 C. oil soup
  • 30 g of mozzarella
  • 1 sprig of finely chopped parsley
  • salt


Wash and peel the potato, then grate it on the coarse grater and mix it with the omelette beaten egg, grated mozzarella, drained corn and parsley. Spread two piles in a preheated oiled frying pan. Flatten with the back of a tablespoon and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Cook the ground beef and serve it between the two rösti
