No way to make the soup grimace in front of this Halloween recipe! Grimacing pies with chopped and so good at the same time.

  • 250 g ground beef
  • 100 g diced bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20 cl of tomato sauce
  • 2 puff pastries
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper

Gather all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel and cut the onion and garlic clove finely.

In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté bacon. Add the onion and garlic and brown again for 2 to 3 minutes.

Brown the minced meat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the tomato sauce to the meat, season. Cook in small broths. Then reduce the heat over low heat and thicken for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Spread the dough, cut circles about 9 cm in diameter to make 12 circles in the dough. Then position them in the molds. Cut out 12 smaller circles (about 6 cm in diameter) then, with a sharp knife, cut out eyes and a mouth.

Pour 2 teaspoons of meat on the dough discs, then cover grimacing hats and press with your fingers to weld the sides.

Break the egg into a bowl and whip it. Brush the figures with the beaten egg. Cook for 25 minutes, until your pies are golden brown. It's ready !
